材料:
金品葱抓饼1 片,醃黄萝卜1 条,小黄瓜1 条,红豆枝20 公克,蟹味条2 条,肉松20 公克,蛋黄沙拉酱1 包
做法:
醃黄萝卜切条,小黄瓜切条备用。
将「金品葱抓饼」两面煎上色后,将白饭铺满抓饼。
依序再排上醃萝卜条、小黄瓜条、红豆枝、蟹味条及肉松,最后挤上蛋黄沙拉酱后卷起。
一切成圆形的寿司,排盘即完成。
